Reservation, Treatment, and Cancellation Policies
To book your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability.
Laser Tattoo and Spider Vein Reduction Treatments:
A phone consultation is required to confirm laser tattoo and spider vein reduction treatments. Please inquire by phone or email so that we may select the appropriate booking for you. For tattoo reduction appointments we require you to stop by prior to your appointment day for topical numbing cream. This is to be applied one hour before your treatment time. If you are unable to stop by prior to your appointment, please arrive one hour earlier than the scheduled time so that we can apply the numbing cream on the tattoo. Provide one of the following:
- Send a clear photo of the spider veins or tattoo to Laserspecialistsofhawaii@gmail.com with your full name and number. It will be analyzed by the doctor or by a laser specialist for approval.
- Schedule a time to come in at least one day prior to your appointment between 12:00pm and 5:00pm so that we can assess the area being treated.
Each treatment requires specific and necessary care of the treatment area before, after, and in-between sessions for optimal results. All services require extreme precaution to sun exposure. An explanation of what you can do to prepare for your appointment will be provided.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to find parking, use the restroom if needed, and fill out consent forms. Late charges may apply.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home and limit the number of things that are brought to your appointments.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the clinic’s scheduling policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so by emailing Laserspecialistsofhawaii@gmail.com and include your full name and phone number. You may also call (808) 439-9111 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate once you arrive. Cell phone use may affect the duration of your service.
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any laser treatments or laser treatment packages that are purchased.
Credit Card and Debit Card Payments:
These two methods of payments will incur a 3% processing fee. We also accept checks. Sorry, no cash will be accepted at this time.
